Verticals/Standard Cuplock - Verticals are available to suit any propping or access application economically. The connection point is at 500/1000 mm verticals intervals for maximum versality in use. The lover cups are welded in position, the upper moveable cups are retained by a fixed stop. The verticals are drilled for the fixing of the SPIGOT joint. A bolt can be used to restrain upward forces if required. These are available in different sizes 3000mm, 2500 mm, 2000 mm, 1500mm, 1000 mm or as required
Horizontals/Legers - Horizontals are available in range of standard sizes or can be made to a special legenth if required. The forged specials length in required. The forged blade end fits in the cup of the verticals. The simple robust design ensure that horizontals need no maintenance. These are available in following sizes: 2500mm, 2000mm, 1500mm, 1250mm, 1000mm, 500mm, or I.e. effective length EFFECTIVE LENGTH = CENTRE OF THE TWO VERTICALS

The horizontal bear directly on the verticals and are firmly clamped by the action of the top cup. The rigid node point allows for high horizontal load experienced with a 57kN leg load.

Q-Stage standards are used for support purpose and are made of standard scaffold tube of 48.3 mm 0.D x 4.00 mm thick. They are also available in 48.3 x 3.25 mm thick tubes in both 50C and 40C steel grades as per B.S. 4360. They have a series of pressed “V” welded at 495 mm interval. The standard has integral spigot for accurate vertical alignment.
